When do I need to submit my claim documents?

Within 60 days of the insured event.

Can I submit my claim documents electronically?

Yes. Once your documents are complete, you can email them to claim@insurco.mn.

When will the claim payout be made?

Once we receive a complete and qualifying claim, the payout is issued to the customer within 5 days.
